Job Description

The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will engage in the following responsibilities:


  • Assist attorneys and clients with Trust and Will drafting
  • Meet with clients initially to review final trust documents/conduct signing meetings, field any questions clients may have, and know when to bring questions to the Attorneys’ attention
  • Assist attorneys with trust administration and elder law
  • Exceptional judgement to work proactively and be aware of any issues that need to be brought to the attorneys’ attention


Job Requirements

Necessary Skills & Knowledge

  • College degree and/or certification preferred, but we will consider a legal assistant with solid employment of two years or more in the legal or financial field
  • Keen attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate support
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once and multi-task
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated individual capable of efficient time management
  • Proficient in Database, (Excel, Word, Dropbox)
  • Speak Spanish fluently - MUST
  • Notary a plus
