Job Description
Overview: The Account Coordinator is the pivotal point of contact between our esteemed customers and our dedicated operations team. This role demands meticulous coordination of logistics and communication to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication channels between customers and operations teams to ensure streamlined execution of logistics activities.
- Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks including documentation processing for arrivals, shipments, and returns.
- Perform precise data entry for vehicle processing in the E-tracking system, capturing details such as accessories and release notes.
- Maintain and systematically update the port tracking system to accurately reflect logistics status.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts to maintain high service standards.

- Exceptional communication prowess, with adeptness in listening, writing, and articulate verbal exchanges.
- Acute attention to detail, ensuring high standards of accuracy in all operational facets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems effectively.

- Proficiency in using computerized systems (AS400 & NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
Employment Type and Hours:
- This is a permanent, full-time position. The standard hours are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as necessitated by workload.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Skilled in the use of personal computers, encompassing email, record keeping, basic database activities, word processing, spreadsheet creation, and graphical presentations.
