Job Description

Responsible for the proper preparation and execution of food items required for all banquet events, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and special parties according to BHYC standards. Perform cooking, carving and/or other buffet station duties as required.

Job Requirements

 formal education from a culinary school or equivalent cooking experience. You must also have a food handler's card and a strong understanding of the safety regulations for handling food. Familiarity with food plating, portion control, and quality standards is essential.
