Bartender
Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires knowledge of drink recipes, attention to detail, and compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
