Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, file, and manage documents and records
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support office staff and management with administrative needs
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
