Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in English and Spanish
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, file, and manage documents and records
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support office staff and management with administrative needs
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
