Position is a long term temporary position working Monday-Friday. The individual should be able to utilize
scripts to make outbound calls to members inviting them to participate in services and help direct them to
the County Eligibility office for Medi-Cal redetermination. This is a Call Center environment.

Bilingual skills a plus. Job requirements include good verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills,
must enjoy working on the phones, accurate data entry skills, MS Word, MS Outlook, Internet and typing
more than 45wpm.
