Grievance and Appeals Associate
Fairfield, CA 94533 US
Candidate will provide clerical support to Grievance staff by ensuring all correspondences are printed and
mailed timely. Will also assist with customer calls and help with resolutions. Will actively monitor incoming
cases from Member Services and record accurate information in their system.
Demonstrated business writing proficiency, understanding of provider networks, the medical management process, claims process, the company's internal business processes, and Medical terminology preferred.
