Possible Temp to Hire opportunity.
Candidate will help support the HR Dept. by ensuring the dept is complying with policies and procedures.
Will coordinate temporary employee staffing, process paperwork, update employee files, develop job descriptions, and other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- HR administrative experience
- Clerical experience
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
