Machine Operator – Now Hiring

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating equipment, following production procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and operating procedures.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed.
• Load and unload materials or products from machinery.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Communicate any quality, equipment, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
• Willingness to follow all safety and workplace procedures.
