Effectively coordinates the recruitment efforts for the different departments. Job duties include internal job postings, external advertisements, processing applications, screen resumes, test applicants, interview, help with travel arrangements and prepare necessary documents. Coordinate and help with any staffing or HR needs.
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field.
- Experience in and knowledge of recruitment process.
- Knowledge of employment legislature and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
