Job Requirements
Knowledge of any multi-line reception phone system. Working knowledge of processing software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher; typing speed of 40 wpm; knowledge of business machine operations and alpha-numeric filing systems. Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred. Good oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to coordinate and maintain multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to use good judgment, handle telephone calls and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Russian or Tagalog may be preferred. |
